MISSION
Core Speed 101 provides a viable training method in which every athlete has the opportunity to reach their maximum potential in their athletic arenas. Developing the individual as well as the athlete is crucial in order to ensure a lifestyle necessary for long term success in their chosen sport.

PHILOSOPHY
In every sport, "Velocity Rules." Core Speed 101's training programs are designed to maximize athletic performance. This is accomplished through the application of the specific laws of physics that affect an athletes kinetic linking. Each program, either for an individual or an entire team, is designed to bring absolute power with the least amount of resistance, thus reducing the risk of injury. The speed at which the extremities move while throwing, kicking and running, are essential to the game environment. Your reaction time when jumping, leaping, moving in a linear/lateral direction, and how fast you are able to recover in time sensitive situations, has an enormous impact on the speed at which the game is played.
